Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, excluding Saturday and Sunday. While we aim for 24-hour delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund conditions apply in such cases.
How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please contact us through our Contact Form. Include your order details, and our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you with the return process.
Return Exceptions
- Items that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty.
- Products that have been used or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Mods that fail to charge will not be accepted for return. For safety, we recommend using an external charger rather than charging through the mod.
- Original packaging must be retained to qualify for refunds or replacements.
Faulty Items
- Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your item to investigate the reported fault.
- If the item is confirmed faulty:
- You may receive store credit to place a new order, along with an updated invoice from the new purchase date.
- Faulty items reported within 30 days of purchase are eligible for either a store credit or a refund.
- Faulty items reported within 72 hours of delivery are also eligible for a store credit or refund.
- If the item is found not to be faulty:
- The item will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service.
- No refund or replacement will be issued.
- Returns for faulty vapes will not be accepted after 72 hours from the delivery date.
Caution
- Do not charge vapes overnight, as this may result in damage for which we cannot be held responsible.
- The maximum charging time for vapes is 1 hour. Overcharging can damage the battery and coil.
- In case of incomplete goods, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Batteries, Chargers, and Variable Voltage Mods
- These items come with a one-month guarantee and a typical life expectancy of 3-6 months.
- The guarantee covers manufacturer defects, repairs, or replacements if the item is deemed faulty or irreparable.
- If the product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny a refund or return.
Mechanical Mods
- A 30-day manufacturer’s guarantee applies to all mechanical mods.
- These devices are intended for experienced users only.
- We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper assembly or usage of mechanical mods.
- Damage resulting from incorrect builds is not covered by our guarantee.
E-Liquids and Drip Tips
- Due to health and hygiene concerns, warranties are not applicable to these items unless:
- The incorrect item was sent to you.
- Other extenuating circumstances apply as determined by our team.
Atomizers, Clearomizers, and Cartomizers
- Items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a warranty claim.
- Failure to report within 24 hours will void your eligibility for a refund or return.
- This policy also applies to multipack purchases.
- Tanks, RDAs, and RDTAs:
- Covered by a 30-day warranty for faults.
- If a fault is reported within this period, we will offer a refund or replacement.
- After 30 days, no refund or replacement will be provided.
