Faulty Items
- Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your item to investigate the reported fault.
- If the item is confirmed faulty:
- You may receive store credit to place a new order, along with an updated invoice from the new purchase date.
- Faulty items reported within 30 days of purchase are eligible for either a store credit or a refund.
- Faulty items reported within 72 hours of delivery are also eligible for a store credit or refund.
- If the item is found not to be faulty:
- The item will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service.
- No refund or replacement will be issued.
- Returns for faulty vapes will not be accepted after 72 hours from the delivery date.

- Covered by a 30-day warranty for faults.
- If a fault is reported within this period, we will offer a refund or replacement.
